The list of official documents required from foreign companies
To carry out mutual cooperation in accordance with the Russian Federation law the original request indicating the end user country, list and quantity of military equipment, list of services and the Customer’s intention is to be addressed to Mr. M.A. Dmitriev, Director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation.
The request should be forwarded to the following address: 18/1 Ovchinnikovskaya naberezhnaya, Moscow, fax: +7-495-950-16-84, 950-16-88, 953-12-49.
The following documents should be enclosed to the request:
- Notarized copies of Registration Certificate and the Company’s Charter.
- Notarized copy of the license issued by authorized governmental organization in the country where the company has been registered for foreign economic activity in respect of defence products, works or services.
The following documents should be submitted in addition by the Contract signature:
- Request issued by the Ministry of Defence (or other governmental organization) of the Customer’s country to the company for negotiations on purchasing of all items listed in the official request;
- Original End User Certificate issued by authorized governmental organization indicating obligations of the end user country to use defence products and/or services exported from Russia in accordance with their intended purpose only and not re-export or transfer them to any third party without written consent of the Russian Federation.
Note:
- All the above documents should be translated into Russian and duly legalized at the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in the country where the company has been registered and in the end user country, respectively.
Visit to the Enterprise
In order to visit the enterprise the following information should be submitted at least one month from the scheduled date by fax: +7-496-615-50-04 or by e-mail: kbm@kolomna.ru:
- Company name
- The visit purpose and date
- Issues to be discussed
- Information about the delegation members:
- Name
- Position
- Copy of passport
